Falcon Mail, Inc. (“Falcon Mail”, “we”) provides email hosting and related services. We collect only the information needed to operate the service: account details, billing information, and technical logs required for security and abuse prevention. We do not read your messages for advertising, and we never sell personal data.
Message content is processed automatically to deliver mail and to detect spam, phishing and malware. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@falconmail.net.
Terms of service

By using Falcon Mail you agree to use the service lawfully and not to send unsolicited bulk mail, distribute malware or interfere with the service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We provide service levels as described on our plans page and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data processing agreement
Business customers may request our standard data processing agreement, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, by contacting legal@falconmail.net.
