Can I bring my existing mail with me?
Yes. Our migration tool copies mail, folders, labels, contacts and calendars from Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo and any IMAP provider at no extra charge.
Do you scan my email to show ads?
Never. Falcon Mail has no advertising business. Our only revenue comes from subscriptions, and we scan messages only to protect you from spam and malware.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
We'll notify you well before you reach your limit. You can archive old mail, upgrade your plan, or add extra storage in 50 GB increments.
Can I add or remove users mid-cycle?
Absolutely. Changes are prorated to the day, so you only pay for what you use.
